You don't drink coffee: According to researchers, if we drink 2-3 cups of coffee ( with milk or without milk, with sugar or without sugar )  daily then TYPE-2 Diabetes cannot affect us easily.

SYMPTOMS OF TYPE-2 DIABETES

‌Awake till late night: If you always awake till late night or sleep only for few hours or do unhealthy works ( having dinner late night or smoking cigarette ) then you will suffer from type 2 diabetes ( chances are maximum ).





You do not get sunlight: We should always try to sit under sunlight ( at least for sometimes at noon). We will get vitamin D from sunlight. Chances for suffering from type-2 diabetes are maximum in people who have less vitamin D in their body.



Always under Stress condition: Excitement, stress is also the main reason for suffering from diabetes. Because during these conditions the amount of glucose in the blood gets high.

Watching T.V for many hours: Sitting in front of T.V increases 4% chances of suffering from diabetes every hour.




‌You always sit whole day: During office time you become so tired due to office work that you cannot stand up from your seat. Whole 8 hours sitting and watching T.V at home till late night will increase the probability of suffering from diabetes and also heart-related diseases.




‌Do not eat breakfast: People who do not eat breakfast and eats junk food or food with high calories and also people who do not eat anything from morning increases the probability of suffering from diabetes due to the bad balancing of insulin.




‌Eats more carbohydrate-containing foods: White bread, White rice and flour decrease insulin rate. Foods rich in carbohydrates digested quickly so we feel hungry in a very short time. So, we eat more food and the chances of suffering from diabetes become maximum.



‌Atlast if you follow these rules , you will surely live a diabetes free life and a healthy life.
