SSC GD Admit Card: Constable Physical Test Admit Card Download Here

SSC GD Admit Card 2019: SSC GSM Physical Admit Card has been issued for the physical trial of GC. The Constable GD Admit Card (2019) has been discharged by the Central Reserve Police Force. Up-and-comers who made progress in the composed assessment can download the Admit Card of the Physical Test. Candidates need to go to CRPF's official site crpf.gov.in

To download their Admit Card (SSC Constable GD Admit Card). Candidates should submit their roll number and date of birth to download the Admit Card. Applicants should reach their exam centres with the picture ID for the physical test.

The physical test will be in August-September. Clarify that the SSC GD Constable test was composed by the SSC. But the PET/PST test is being sorted out by the Central Reserve Force (CRPF).

Candidates must be physically fit for physical exams

1. Running (excluding all candidates related to Ladakh Region)

5 km race in 24 minutes

1.6 km race in 8.5 minutes

2. Running (only for Ladakh Region Candidates)

1-mile race in 6.5 minutes

800 metres race in 4 minutes
